Rediscovering the Charm of Chowman’s Duck Festival Having previously indulged in Chowman’s Duck Festival, the anticipation for another exquisite dining affair was palpable. I still remember the last time I had witnessed a Duck Festival being celebrated there, although I don’t eat Duck delicacies but I saw diners relishing it. The duck menu featured over 21 delectable duck meat dishes. From Duck Meat & Mushroom Soup to Roasted Duck with Cantonese Sauce, each dish showcased the restaurant’s mastery in preparing different culinary delicacies.

I was greeted with a selection of traditional favorites that beckoned with their irresistible sweetness. Adding to the indulgence was the Chocolate Cheesecake, a decadent creation that captivated the senses with its rich, velvety texture and luscious chocolatey goodness. Each bite was a symphony of flavors, as the smooth cheesecake melted in my mouth, leaving behind a lingering sensation of pure bliss.
