With its contemporary accommodations, expansive mountain views, rooftop pool, dining experiences and event spaces, the property combines the appeal of a hill retreat with the service standards expected from a modern luxury hotel.

At the centre of the property’s operations is Navin Singh, General Manager, Rosetum Kasauli, a hospitality professional with extensive experience across hotel operations, guest relations, service excellence, team management and revenue optimisation. His approach focuses on operational efficiency while ensuring that personalised service remains central to the guest experience.
