An elevated Pan-Asian Chef’s Table experience is coming to Riverside,The St. Regis Goa Resort. The restaurant is all set to host an intimate culinary evening led by Chef Biswajit Patra, presenting a refined five-course Pan-Asian tasting menu designed for discerning diners seeking immersive gastronomy. The exclusive event combines storytelling, chef interaction and contemporary Asian flavours in a carefully curated dining journey.

Designed as a theatrical yet intimate dining experience, the Chef’s Table invites guests to explore the artistry behind each dish. Throughout the evening, Chef Biswajit Patra, Head Chef at Riverside, will personally host the dinner and guide diners through the inspiration, techniques and ingredients behind the menu.

The curated tasting experience celebrates the diversity and elegance of Pan-Asian cuisine. Signature creations will highlight the chef’s craftsmanship and refined culinary approach.
