The spotlight of the evening rested on Momo Affair, a festival that brought together flavours inspired by the streets of Delhi and presented them in refined, restaurant style avatars. The aroma alone hinted at the variety to follow, as the festival showcased momos ranging from tandoori and steamed to pan fried and baked, each offering its own vivid personality.

The tandoori momos stood out for their smoky char and robust spices, delivering a bold, slightly crisp exterior with a juicy, flavour packed centre. In contrast, the steamed momos felt soft and delicate, allowing the freshness of the filling to shine through with every bite. The pan fried momos added a textural contrast, offering a golden, crisp bite on the outside while remaining succulent within. Meanwhile, the baked momos impressed with their balanced seasoning and comforting warmth, making them ideal for those who preferred gentler flavours.

Creamy, rich, and subtly spiced, they offered a smooth, velvety texture that lingered pleasantly on the palate. Each variety reflected careful attention to taste and texture, celebrating the versatility of momos in a way that felt both nostalgic and elevated.

A brief mention must be made of F&B Head Mr. Rishabh and Aanchal, whose guidance and warm hospitality helped us navigate the extensive spread with ease. To refresh the palate between bites, we also enjoyed mint and strawberry mojitos, which added a cool, fruity contrast to the bold flavours of the festival.

Perfectly grilled, wholesome, and generously spiced, it proved to be a satisfying addition to the meal, rounding off the experience on a flavourful note.
