Execution-led growth strategy to strengthen timely delivery and customer confidence, says SBP CMD Aman Singla

Chandigarh, August 10, 2026: SBP Group has entered into a strategic long-term partnership with construction major Longowalia Group, aimed at strengthening execution capabilities and accelerating construction across its residential, commercial and plotted developments in Punjab and the Tricity region.

The partnership marks an important step in SBP Group’s continued focus on timely project delivery, construction quality and execution excellence. The collaboration is expected to facilitate faster execution, enhanced project planning, more efficient resource deployment and stronger construction management across multiple developments.

Addressing the media at JW Marriott, Chandigarh, SBP Group Chairman and Managing Director Aman Singla said the partnership represents a significant milestone in the company’s growth journey and reinforces its execution-focused approach.

Every market goes through cycles, but customers ultimately place their trust in companies that continue to execute consistently. At SBP, our focus has always been on visible execution rather than market sentiment. This partnership with Longowalia further strengthens our ability to deliver projects on time with uncompromising quality,” said Aman Singla.

Sandeep Longowalia, MD, Longowalia Infra Private Limited, said the association with SBP is envisioned as a long-term execution partnership rather than a conventional contractor relationship. He added that the collaboration will support SBP’s expanding development portfolio by bringing together complementary strengths in construction and real estate development.

“We are pleased to partner with SBP Group at a stage when execution efficiency has become the defining factor in successful real estate development. By combining our large-scale construction expertise with SBP’s development capabilities, we aim to accelerate project delivery while maintaining the highest standards of quality,” said Sandeep Longowalia.

Singla further highlighted that SBP has continued to make steady progress across its existing projects despite subdued market conditions. The company, he said, has prioritised execution over aggressive project launches, with construction underway across multiple residential, commercial and plotted developments. Several projects are nearing completion, while others are progressing through key construction milestones.

Responding to a question, Singla said that SBP is currently engaged in over 20 million square feet of construction across the commercial and residential segments, generating direct and indirect employment for around 1,500 skilled and unskilled workers.

“We have over 30 projects currently in the pipeline, out of which 15 projects are under various stages of construction in Punjab and Tricity. On average, we are consuming millions of tonnes of steel and RMC every month during construction. This will further strengthen employment generation in the next couple of years when our projects will be near completion,” informed Singla.

He added that SBP remains optimistic about the long-term growth potential of the real estate sector and will continue to follow a disciplined expansion strategy focused on genuine demand, strategic locations and customer-centric developments.

“We believe in launching projects responsibly and executing every commitment exceptionally well. In real estate, confidence is built through timely delivery, transparent communication and quality construction, not merely through promises,” he added.

The strategic partnership will focus on integrated project planning, robust monitoring mechanisms, efficient deployment of skilled manpower and scalable construction practices, enabling consistent execution across multiple projects simultaneously.

Both Aman Singla and Sandeep Longowalia expressed confidence that the collaboration will create greater value for SBP’s customers and stakeholders while contributing to employment generation and sustained investment in the regional real estate market.
