Bengaluru, July 2026: WelcomCafe Jacaranda’s Mexican Food Festival at Welcomhotel Bengaluru invites diners to explore the bold, colourful and deeply comforting flavours of Mexico from 3rd to 10th July 2026.
The menu opens with a lively selection of dishes that capture the many moods of Mexican cuisine. Diners can savour Fish Ceviche Taco, Tex Mex Chicken Burrito, Red Bean and Mushroom Quesadilla, and Shredded Pork and Bean Quesadilla, alongside crisp Nachos served with Guacamole, Tomato Salsa and Pineapple Salsa.
Comfort-led creations add another layer to the spread, with dishes such as Tex Mex Baked Mac & Cheese and Mexican Baked Polenta, bringing warmth and indulgence to the buffet.
The festival also features flavourful specialties including Mexican Fiery Ranch Style Smoky Chicken, Baked Peppers with Bean and Yellow Cheese, Mexican Roast Pepper, Red Bean & Tomato Soup, and a refreshing Mexican Corn and Pepper Salad. Classic accompaniments such as guacamole, tomato salsa, sour cream and freshly baked pepper focaccia complete the experience.
Inspired by Mexico’s vibrant food culture, the festival is designed as an immersive dining experience, with each dish reflecting the country’s affinity for fresh produce, bold seasonings and shared meals.
