Honk at Pullman New Delhi Aerocity brings an immersive Malaysian food festival in Delhi with Flavours of Malaysia, a limited-time culinary showcase led by renowned Chef Fitri from May 1 to 10. This curated dining experience highlights authentic Malaysian cuisine, blending regional ingredients, bold spices, and time-honoured cooking techniques to offer guests a true taste of Malaysia’s diverse culinary heritage.

Chef Fitri’s journey into the world of food began on the bustling streets of Kuala Lumpur, where he spent his early years cooking alongside his family. Guided by the wisdom of his mother and grandmother, he developed a deep understanding of traditional Malaysian flavours—an influence that continues to define his cooking style today. Rooted in authenticity yet elevated with a contemporary sensibility, his cuisine reflects over 15 years of expertise, seamlessly weaving together memory, culture, and refined technique.

At Honk, Chef Fitri collaborates closely with the in-house culinary team to craft a menu that captures the essence of Malaysia. Diners can indulge in a thoughtfully curated spread featuring comforting soups, vibrant salads, and flavour-packed starters. The main course showcases iconic dishes such as Laksam Kelantan, rich rendang curries, and fresh seafood specialities, each prepared with precision and authenticity. The experience is rounded off with traditional Malaysian desserts like onde onde and sagu gula melaka, delivering a well-balanced and memorable meal.
