Himanshu Bhatnagar steps into a pivotal leadership role as Multi-Property Director of Human Resources at The Westin Gurgaon, New Delhi and The Westin Sohna Resort and Spa. With over 18 years in hospitality HR, including a strong tenure at Marriott International, he brings expertise in talent development, leadership strategy, and associate engagement.
Most recently, he led HR at Le Méridien Gurgaon. There, he drove end-to-end HR strategy while strengthening associate relations and implementing impactful regional initiatives.
Over the years, he has worked with leading hospitality groups including The Leela Palaces, Hotels and Resorts, InterContinental Hotels Group, and Radisson Hotel Group. Notably, he has contributed to pre-openings, organizational transformation, and high-performance culture building. Consequently, his work has earned industry recognition, including the HR Leader of the Year at the Hotelier India Awards 2023 and multiple Marriott APEC HR Awards between 2021 and 2024.
In his new role, he will lead people and culture strategy across both properties. Furthermore, he will align initiatives with Marriott’s People First philosophy, focusing on leadership development, organizational strength, and long-term business impact.
