In celebration of International Women’s Day, Raffles Jaipur hosted an intimate leadership dialogue titled “The Queen Within” at its elegant Writer’s Bar. The evening brought together influential women leaders from hospitality, fashion, and luxury retail for a thoughtful conversation on leadership, resilience, and modern success. Set within one of the palace hotel’s most refined spaces, the gathering blended meaningful dialogue with signature hospitality.
Joining the conversation were Jui Sharma, COO of Triton Hotels & Resorts; Gayatri Jolly Aggarwal, CEO of Archana Aggarwal Timeless Jewellery; and Nitya Bajaj, Founder and Designer of Label Nitya Bajaj. Representing diverse industries, the speakers shared perspectives on leadership, creativity, reinvention, and the evolving definition of success.
Unlike a traditional panel discussion, The Queen Within was designed as a living conversation. The format remained intentionally intimate. As a result, the evening unfolded at an unhurried pace, encouraging genuine exchanges and deeper storytelling.
