Back To Source Launches Vibrant Summer Menu Celebrating Seasonal Flavours and Farm-to-Table Goodness

Mohali, Back To Source (BTS), the popular farm-to-table dining destination, has introduced an exciting new Summer Menu at its outlet in Sector 66, Mohali. Crafted around seasonal produce, nutrient-rich ingredients and refreshing flavours, the menu offers a wholesome culinary experience designed for the summer season.

Inspired by the restaurant’s commitment to mindful dining and locally sourced ingredients, the specially curated menu features an array of fresh salads, fermented beverages, signature mains and indulgent mango-inspired desserts.

Among the highlights are the Probiotic Power Salad, Mango and Bell Pepper Salad, Nachos with Fermented Salsa, Butter Garlic Chicken with Pita, Lahori Channa Chicken, and the restaurant’s much-loved Avocado Biryani, which is also available in a vegan version prepared with tofu.

Adding a refreshing twist to summer dining, BTS has introduced a selection of gut-friendly fermented beverages and coolers, including Gond Katira Almond Cooler, Pineapple Tepache, Mango Chia Twist, and Jowar Badam Milk.

Guests with a sweet tooth can savour seasonal favourites such as Kulfi Faluda and Mango Cheesecake, prepared using premium organic Ratnagiri Alphonso mangoes.

Speaking on the launch, Abhishek Karan, Corporate Chef, Back To Source, said, “Our Summer Menu has been thoughtfully curated to showcase the best of seasonal ingredients through innovative, flavour-forward dishes that are both nourishing and satisfying.”
