Actor Ranveer Singh, who will play the role of the cricket hero in his upcoming movie ’83, posted a great birthday wish on social media for ‘OG’ Kapil Dev on Wednesday. Ranveer Singh posted a montage of Kapil Dev clips that share unforgettable moments with the actor and the remaining casts of ’83.
The 62-year-old cricketer talks about how one can follow his passion and live openly in the montage. Just be excited about games. Do it and don’t hold back if your subconscious tells you to do something. I learned that in my life, and I suggest, play with passion. Do it and don’t interrupt it when your subconscious tells you to do something. I learned this in my life, and I say to all the young people, Go, do not take the burden, and take the pressure, Everyone’s young.
Colossus of a Captain! Gem of a person! Thank you Sir for embracing us and allowing us to tell your extraordinary story! Here’s wishing the OG @therealkapildev good health and joy on his special day! #ThisIs83 #HappyBirthdayKapilDev pic.twitter.com/gOVZLCYf3A

Ranveer Singh also wished him a quick recovery with this tweet in October last year, when Kapil Dev was hospitalized after suffering a heart attack.
