Our news sources have reported that there are chances that Realme will bring its first 5G smartphone to the Indian market besides launching the smartphone in China.
The Realme X50 5 G phone is expected to become official in China sometime next year and will be followed with its release in the Indian market. At present, there are no reports regarding which chipset Realme will use in its X50, but it’ll probably be either a Qualcomm or a top half-range flagship.
Realme now aims to take on the giants such as Huawei, Xiaomi, and other brands in China, the largest smartphone market in the world, after stirring the Indian market. The company also wants to enter the 5 G market with the Realme X50. In different countries, 5 G phones are already being supplied by brands like Xiaomi, OnePlus, Vivo, and Samsung, excluding India. Realme X50 will be the first 5 G smartphone from Realme that will be launched in India.
A teaser image of the Realme X50 was also shared on the Chinese Weibo microblog site. The teaser confirmed that the phone would have a dual punch-hole display and a dual 5 G (SA / NSA) model.
We have reports that Realme hasn’t stated which chipset it will use in its Realme X50, but it will likely be using the upper mid-range or flagship chipset of Qualcomm for 2020. The Realme X50 will also take on the Redmi K30 in China. Xiaomi’s Redmi has also reported that the Redmi K30 5 G will be launched next month in China. The launch date of Realme X50 is not currently known.
